As the World turned upside down in March of 2020, many folks sought the refuge of rural properties. For years prior, many have left the city in search of solitude and space but this trend accelerated to levels not seen in recent times. Will this trend continue or will habits return back to normal once vaccines are widespread and politics settle down. Time will tell but for now we will all see more new folks around enjoying what we all have enjoyed for years.
